Nations and the names

I belive that if a nation is leaving for good there should be a place were you tell that you are leaving for good. If you are leaving for good the name of the nation should become for use. Because there are some nations that have been gone for years so there names should be for use. When you first made you nation, was your first name you tried taken, and the name belonged to a nation that has been on for years. Agian there should been a place were if you are quieting you send somthing to a place and the nation will be gone and the name up for gets.

Belongs in Technical. Also, this has been under discussion for some time. As far as I know admins are already looking into releasing old nation names.
