Fair Use, Copyright, & Plagiarism

In my rarely humble opinion, my region's forum admin just knocked a home run out of the park with a set of relatively clear guidelines for navigating a tricky subject in the NS Terms Of Service and the TOS of every offsite forum I know of: what is and is not fair use of a copyrighted work and what is plagiarism.
