In the rankings, there doesn't appear to be an inverse of Political Apathy (the way, say, Ignorance and Intelligence seem to be inverses of each other, or Scientific Advancement and Primitiveness). Not that there necessarily has to be such a rank, but it feels like a weird exception to track the lack of involvement in something but not the interest in it.
