Government Expenditure

I've had my nation for a while and I've done a lot of issues in the game. Despite doing issues like "military demands increased spending" my government expenditure pie graph has not changed at all. I'm still stuck at 11.2% Defense. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you actually answered any issues? Looking at the 'most recent government activity' part of your nation page, it doesn't look like you've answered any in a while. If you've only just answered some, you'll have to wait until the next update before the legislation passes, then you might see changes to your pie chart.

NS is an unpredictable game, something might say A but turn out to do B. Make sure you check that you answered the issues.

Selecting an option and then hitting dismiss won't make any changes- make sure you don't do that.
