WA Delegate?

Hi, I'm the founder of a small region and a new nation. Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but how do I become the WA delegate? What I've seen says it's the person with the most endorsements in the region, but I have the most and the delegate position still says "unfilled". What should I do?

Wait for an update, which happens every few hours.
If that doesn't work, get more endorsements.

To be more specific than "every few hours" - your region will update approximately once every 12 hours, sometime within a couple hours of noon and midnight Eastern Time (America/New_York).
