Zocra wrote:What's the story behind the new logo?

The old logo looked awfully like another, more prominent logo, especially when put through the adaptive icons feature in Android O. I commissioned the new logo so that it's more unique to Stately.

Scripts may not make authenticated requests of the forum. Unless I'm misunderstanding that, it means that you can't have a program acting like a logged-in user in any way, even if it's just a shell between the user and the site (like Stately).

This is correct. There's also other forum apps such as Tapatalk that do a better job at this than I would.

No problem! Thanks for pointing out this issue.

Reporting bugs isn't hard, fixing them is :p

Thanks for the fix, Tern, it works fine now!

Glad I was able to fix it! :)

Region admin settings may be added in the future, but it's not a priority since most people seem to prefer to do this on their computers rather than their phones.

You should set up a crowfunding page to pay the $100 yearly fee Apple imposes on developers. I'd be happy to pitch in.

I think this was mentioned before, but NS rules prohibit me from making money off the project. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Nice! I recently got it.

Just like to suggest some things:
1. A nation settings area - Quite simple, just chaining things like Motto, Capital, etc.
2. Regional Admin Features - Control things like embassies, the Factbook, etc.
3. Forum - Be able to view a mobile version of the forum (I know that there is not one so this seems kind of iffy...)

Thanks :)

This looks awesome! I look forward to downloading it. Like others, I'd suggest forums, but otherwise, great!

Also, Greater Tern has said that apps like Tapatalk do a better job with mobile forums than he would anyway.

Nation settings will probably be added in a future version of the app. Regional admin is unfortunately a bit of a lower priority, sorry.

However today that I updated to android oreo I no longer can open the app. When opened it only loads a white blank screen on it's startup and simply closes itself after few seconds. Can anyone please help me fix it??

That sounds pretty bad. Send me a support email (link in Google Play) and I'll try to see what's going on.

I've been using Stately for the better part of a year now. I can't thank Greater Tern enough for the great app he developed. I was hoping in the near future that we could get the text formatting toolbar on the app, possibly with the @mention feature as well. I feel it's much more useful on mobile than it is on desktop because typing out BBCode formatters on mobile is much more difficult.

Thank you so much! Text formatting is something on my list, but I'm not sure when I'll get to it.

Yeah, thank you very much for this wonderful app! As someone who just recently got an Android (used to be on iPhone 6 Plus), it was really a breeze to skim through answering issues for 10 nations.

So far, I think it's great. Just a couple of points, nothing major:

- Stats cannot be sorted in A-Z in rankings.

- Stats graph seems limited. As in, they only provide the stats of a month or so.
