friend or foe

how do you make someone your friend or foe? I cant figure it out...

Click on the NATION NAME directly below the flag. Do NOT click the flag.

To the right of the nation's profile are two links. One says Add friend. One says Add foe. Click the appropriate one.

You'll then be asked to confirm the action. Click Yes.

Voila!

If you have several nations you want to add at once it'd be easier go to user control panel (link at top of page), click the friends/foes tab, and type in the names. You don't have to view each page individually.

That makes it easier to cover a nation + its posting puppets.
