A reletive of mine has logged on to my account without my permission and I read threads he repeatedly spammed on, is there a ban placed on my account that I don't know of.

You're doing it again...

You're also asking in the wrong place (again), you should be asking in Moderation, but in your case to avoid breaking the rules even more... I'd advise a Game Help Request.
