WA question

For some reason, I can't endorse this guy:

I don't really know why. He's/She's in my region, and has a WA :S

You mean you don't see an "Endorse" button, or it doesn't work when you click it?

I was able to endorse Zifer OK.

Didn't see a button. It's okay now, but for some reason the button wasn't there yesterday.
