Stretchy Message Box

The telegram and civil headquarters message areas now stretch across the whole screen. It also seems like the tabs in list regions are stretched across the whole page as well. I'm hoping/guessing this is a bug... because it doesn't look very good and really messes up posting formats in my opinion.

I would then assume that is causing the weird stretchy telegram boxes? OK...

The region list now acts like the other lists, which I think is good for consistency's sake. Previously as you paged through that table it would jump wider and narrower depending on the length of entries, which is not ideal.

I can shrink those text boxes again if desired. I guess they can get pretty wide now.

Ok.

Looking again the region list thing isn't too bad... will just take getting used to. But the telegram boxes are way way way too long. They stretch across the whole page so technically you can write 4-5 sentences before it breaking down to a new line--and that's not how it will appear when posted on the message board or in a telegram. So yeah... a little skinnier if you can.

EDIT: I just did a test post and it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. But still if the box could be half or three-quarters as wide as it is I think that would be preferable. Thanks
