I do believe NSTG is no longer supported. Throwing error 404 messages every time, and no one from the nstg team seems willing to field any manner of support request

AFAIK nstg doesn't have a "team" -- it's just Auralia, who seems to have CTE'd over 200 days ago; so you may be right.

It is just Auralia, but their code is still all up, and the site (which is hosted by Github Pages) won't throw 404 errors unless the git repository itself stops existing. To their credit, they've created a great app that doesn't need much if any maintenance.

In the event that any of their tools actually stop working, I'm sure any number of other technically-minded NSers could restore functionality pretty easily.

Actually, this doesn't belong in a GHR either. Mayapahn needs to read the instructions on how to request a key.

Yes, as far as I am aware, per the TG API page too https://www.nationstates.net/pages/api.html#telegrams , one still has to file a GHR for a client key.

Is there a button somewhere that accesses the API? No.

The API is an official NS interface for script use. If you're not a script author or client, the API is not for you.

I presume theyre referring to the for-a-time functional API recruitment tool that was part of NS++, offering in-browser recruitment streamlined for your region and linked from it.

At which point, I'll say "I don't think it functions because little of NS++ does."
