And we only look at user telegrams as necessary for investigating rule violations; like everything else we do, telegram snooping is logged with the mod actions and reviewed for abuse. ;)

Think about it. If we knew of a way that unprivileged users could read someone else's telegrams, do you think we'd leave it that way?
