Yahoo [Bot], MSN [Bot], Ask Jeeves [Bot], Google [Bot], Google Adsense [Bot]

They look at what's on the forums, so that you can find them by using those search engines. The adsense bot is there to decide which ads to run.

Although if you check "Who is online," the AdSense bot always seems to be replying to topics. Or at least thinking about it. Maybe it's never satisfied with its draft.

On another forum I'm a member of it spent an hour composing a PM, we never did figure out if it actually sent the PM.

WEll, what are they doing? We never see any actual posts from the bots. Unless that is just ADSense posting an ad into the page...
