I recall that being apart of the discussion, similar to feeders I believe how they only retain X amount of time influence verse normal regions. Like last 6 months of gather influence instead of all time in region influence.

If anyone knows what I mean and can help clarify.

If I'm a founder/Governor of a region, and I turn my Region into a Frontier, and The delegate posts anything inappropriate/offensive, would I, as the Founder, get banned from the game if the mods shut the region down?

As long as that other player is a separate RL person behind the screen, you didn't share a nation, and you did nothing to cause that rule breaking (nor broke rules yourself), you're fine from a moderation perspective.

Well no, but actually yes.

If a region has an executive governor, then a delegate is not needed BUT then you will have no way to turn back to stronghold, and you won't get any spawns, which is sad.
On the other hand, if you do not have an executive governor, then yes, the delegate is needed.

No. Only game-created regions hold those titles. If you want to have nations spawning in your own region, however, you could try the new Frontier region type.

the governor (most commonly the founder) can Change this, in the "authority" tab in Regional control.

I tried to make a factbook, I wanted e.g. Capital city to be aligned to the left, and Beijing to be aligned to the right. But when I type those in, Beijing is always one line below Capital City, how do I fix it? I tried using the tab(indent) but I’ll have to manually punch in the numbers of spaces. Any easier way?

I'm not entirely sure, but from some tests which I ran, it seems that the "align" feature causes it to become a separate line. I believe that the only way is to manually punch in the number of spaces, but I'll be glad if a more experienced player proves me wrong.

Don’t use an align tag on the first. Just the second. That should work

In what language is "Cimmeria" a "naughty word"?
