You go to Europe, look for the button "Move The Concordians to Europe", and click it. You should probably also read the FAQ.

I think you should add this Q and A under the Misc. section as I have seen this asked a lot lately:

Question: Is there a NationStates app for Apple?

Answer: (by Frisbeeteria) Site Staff has made it clear in the past that it's not just the money, it's also Apple. Nobody on our site is willing to put in the time, money, and effort to comply with the App Store's rules and policies. If a player wants to volunteer to make that effort, more power to them ... but we're not going to make an official effort.

The NS FAQ generally does not cover much of anything not directly pertaining to the game. There is no official phone NS apps, period. Stately and the like are ran by players, not site staff.

In the even there is ever any official NS phone app, iOS or otheriwse, it will be covered by the FAQ.

OK
So, you know when you are creating your Nation/Country, or changing it in settings? Well, I have seen other people's nations saying "The What are you waiting for of" or "The international Spydom of", and they are not on the classifications list. I was wondering, how is this done? Maybe someone could tell me?

Hello, I am here to ask if anyone knows why my problem is happening.
Whenever I try to post on my regions message board, it says I am not permitted to do so. I asked the founder, vice-delegate, and other higher up positions if they had somehow banned me from chat and they said no. Does anyone know hoe this happened?

Yes. Someone at your ISP was madly spamming the Bee Movie script with multiple puppets earlier today, and we tossed up a temp ban.

If you weren't the Bee Movie spammer, apologies for the inconvenience. If you WERE the Bee Movie spammer, you should look up "shameful" on a dictionary site, and check a mirror to see if they match.

Things that are useful, beneficial, and balanced. Things that haven't been suggested before. Things that are clever but don't require a massive amount of coding. Things that resolve a problem, rather than a solution in search of a problem.

In short, if you're trying to think of something because you want 'credit' for a fabulous idea, you're probably barking up the wrong tree.

I have a question. Why do threads always get locked at 500 pages? I've seen some threads that made it to like 501 or something like that before getting locked, so it must be possible to make it up that high, but I was just wondering why they would get locked if they could still go higher.

[violet] once found that huge threads (over 1000 pages) were a severe strain on the NS servers. Therefore, a semi-arbitrary limit on the size of a thread (with plenty of wiggle room) was established to prevent further load issues.

Multiple Computers in Household

Postby Cor Vare » Wed Jun 14, 2017 6:31 am

I have a girlfriend whom I'm trying to get interested in the game! I'm afraid though that if I get her to start playing and she signs up for WA, we'll get in trouble somehow. I have a desktop and a laptop, and she has a laptop. If she never logs into her account from one of my computers, we will not be breaking any WA or NS rules correct? Or will her using a computer that's utilizing the same internet make it so we both get kicked out of the WA?

This is a question specific to your situation and is probably best asked through a mod-help request.

I did as you suggested, but received a generic "you can't share a computer and have multiple WA nations" as a response. The response made it seem as if the mod didn't even read what I typed, because that wasn't what I asked for clarification on.

That matches what I thought closely enough for me to reply. The usual advice seems to be just make sure you never log in on a computer or device they play NS on. The WA multing detection thing usually can tell people from the same house apart, but if you use the same device it sees you as the same person, even if it just happens once.

(And no, they will not tell us exactly how they detect people WA multing because knowing how the system works would make it easier to cheat it)

I appreciate your reply and further explanation! That makes sense, but it does seem that you cannot offer a guarantee that, even when multiple people are using computers connected to the same internet and never cross-logging in, you won't get kicked out of the WA. The phrase "usual advice" leads me to believe that I or my girlfriend still have a chance at losing WA status with no recourse to gain it back because (my wording, not direct quote) "that's just how it is"

Did I interpret your response incorrectly? Or can you offer a guarantee that if only one nation logs in per computer or similar such item, a household of say 5 people could all be members of the WA without worry of ever losing the status, pending they don't break any rules?

It is more that I have never lived with someone else using NationStates, but I have seen other players and mods give that advice.

Being kicked out of the WA isn't a ban for you either, just the nation. If you had trouble you could just make a seperate WA nation.
