It's generally handled through a series of IRC channels.

well, apart from the MaxChats but yes... there is no official IRC Chatroom. though there are a number of NS IRC communities around sports RP, NS, II (I think), Draftroom even NSG and Gameplay but no single stamped with an official stamp.

Find one or more that you like (no one says you have to stick to 1 or 2.
