Can't log in on iOS devices

Postby Weddel » Wed Feb 18, 2015 11:53 am

Oddly enough, whenever I try to log into my nation, it takes me to it on my iPad but doesn't actually log me in. I am able to log into the forum but nothing else. Is there a way around this?
If not, thanks nonetheless

Please be specific:

What model of iPad do you have?
Does this problem persist on other iOS devices, or is it only this one iPad?
What browser do you use?

Do you have a computer? If so, you could probably use that until the ipad glitch has been solved.

As it seems, safari doesn't really support this website to well from what I know. This iPad is getting pretty old now, but I would rather not update from iOS 5, as the new interface seems quite foreign to me. I decided to download a different browser under the name of "Dolphin" which seems to work much better now. I don't have other iOS devices to try the same problem on, however, so I am unaware about iPhones or makes other than the original iPad

And yes, I do have a computer, but I do not currently have access to it. Since I forgot to put the issues onto vacation mode, I wondered if I could log on through the iPad and do it that way

Unfortunately this is unlikely to be fixed, since you're talking about iOS5, which is four years old and three major versions behind the current one.

iOS6 isn't a great change from iOS5 and I think should still run well on older iPads.

Yeah, its definitely a problem with yours. I'm using an iPad Mini 2 right now and its working perfectly. I'm using Safari by the way. If the browser is the problem, I'd advise getting Mercury on the iStore.
