Why is the "Default Flag" The Aboriginal Flag?

When you create a nation or go into settings and change/choose a flag there is the "default flag" which is the Aboriginal flag. Does anyone know why this might be? I just thought it was a bit random , not meaing to be racist or anything like that

maybe because ABoriginal is alphabetically the first before AFghanistan?

Yeah I suppose thats a pretty good answer, Allthough he could of put the Torres Straight Islander flag in there too but , oh well

His Aussie, so am I fom Sydney, I live near where Lakemba Bankstown, he/she lives in either Lakemba or Bankstown, I live in Greenacre! but why didn't he use the accual Aussie flag? And if he's Aussie, why is the defult time zone UTC-8hrs? Australia's time zones are all UTC+

The difference in time zones is because the servers on which the game currently runs are (for some reason) in Vancouver, Canada...

The following are my opinions, as an Australian.
1. It's a more striking image than the Australian flag.
2. Less well known. Hey, if it gets people asking what it is, then they might try and find out, and discover parts of Aboriginal history.
3. Less nationalistic.

I too always wondered that. But then again, he's an Aussie. This is probably the same answer as everyone else, but, oh well.

If the australian flag was used, people would scream "Nooo! AUSTRALIA SHOULDN'T BE THE DEFAULT!!!"
So, the Aboriginal flag was ideal, because no one knew that it is the Aboriginal flag... except for Australians/nerds.

The Aussie flag is too well-known. A non-national flag was perfect as a default. Something that was actually a national flag looks too plain.

which is why you have the option to change it to one of a hundred or so other national flags, or to create one yourself. There is no rule you have to leave it as is.
