Only Getting Half of Daily Issues

Hi,

I logged in today to my nation and got only two issues instead of four, after two days with the settings at two issues a day. In another nation it wouldn't be concerning, but because this nation has been competing in the world census standings for over a decade this could create long term problems for my nation.

It doesn't seem to be the same problem. The problem isn't that issues are repeating, it's that issues are missing.

Today, after not logging in for 2 days and 12 hours, instead of 5 issues there were only 3 issues waiting for me to answer. This glitch will kill this nation's standing as a page one nation in the world census.

Examining in detail what is happening, I see you received 19 issues over the last 9.5 days.
For 13 of those you have happenings in your own happenings log stating you made a choice.
For 1 of those you still have to make a choice, it is open.
For 5 of those (#226: "Expats Plea For Help In War-Torn Country", #362: "After The Fall", and 3 copies of #0: "Should Democracy Be Compulsory?") you dismissed the issue.

So the problem was the multiple copies of the same issue, which has been resolved for your nation. You did not get new issues to replace those, and others don't get replacement issues either.
