You have no nations in your Dossier. To add a nation, view it and click the "Add <nation> to your Dossier" button at the bottom of its description.

Yeah. It won't let me add nations to my dossier. A friend in a nearby city also had this problem.

Wild guess says this could be involved:

OK, I bumped the limits to 2500 nations & 1000 regions, and it no longer silently drops entries, but rather tells you it's full.

Sorting: Anything that requires loading all the nations in your Dossier is essentially impractical to sort on, alas. That means anything but name.

Except for that I have only 1 region in my dossier and that's it.

I can't add anyone nation or region and my dossier is basically empty.

I added a nation to my dossier. But one of my puppets got the error, and it had one region and zero nations in its dossier.

Edit: I suspect the zero nations is confusing things.

I should probably add that this problem is present in all 4 of my nations. Three of those nations have completely empty dossiers.

I created a puppet nation yesterday and it has this issue, with an empty dossier. None of my other nations have this and can add nations and regions without a problem.
