Page not found from Factbooks

For some reason, when you try to view a nation's other notes like Meta, etc. from the factbook page, it says "Error Page was not found". [violet], Could you fix this? I think that we need to change the page name to notes and then leave a scrollbar option for which one you want to look at.

Try clicking any of the hyperlinked dispatches. They are all hardcoded to id 35, which is "not found". So you need to fix your hardcoding in the urls!

I even reported this to the moderators in a GHR yesterday! >.<

Please report bugs by posting here in Technical, rather than filing a GHR. You really only need to do that if there is sensitive information involved.

Any chance of ever adding a way to reply to moderator telegrams...with telegrams? Replying via the GHR form just sucks!

I'm sure it's doable, but since it would only benefit players who get in trouble with moderators, it's not a priority.
