Hello. I'm new to this game, and I see that nations are divided into certain Regions, so what I want to ask here is:
Is these regions compulsory or you can change/create them? And if it's possible to change/create them, how can someone do it?

You can move to other regions, either click on the "Tired of life in [region]? " link or when looking at another region just clicking the "move to [region]" link. And yes, you can also create your own region by using the link I mentioned first.
