3. That's for the mods to figure out. Though I'd probably punish all the people who took part in the raid if I were a mod.
Oh man, you have no idea how much MODS that were around pre-Influence are absolutely going to hate that idea.
The entire reason why the Influence system was created to start with was because MOD loathed dealing with complaints surrounding raids, even legal ones, and despised having to figure out if something was legal or not on every single complaint. As a general rule, even legal raids generated at least one complaint from some hapless native who didn't understand the Invasion Rules. Stack on Defenders issuing complaints against raiders in the hopes that they were breaking the rules and MOD more or less got flooded with mostly bullshit work when no one was even breaking the rules.
It's because of this that quite a few MODS hated raiders just on the principle that they created unneeded work for MOD every single time they launched a raid.
I challenge you to find even a single pre-Influence MOD who wants to go back to a system like the one that existed pre-Influence and is willing to talk to [Violet] about seriously implementing it. In fact, I will reward any player who can find such a MOD with a gift Postmaster-General account.
