Shut up baby i know it wrote:im having the same problem with weaponization and tourism, it seamed to happen a little over a month ago. there were no issues that had anything to do with either stat. i still have the badges from both stats. i believe the game had a change recently regarding industry. i also had my information tech stat go way up.
