Custom Flag Upload

I am having some trouble with the custom flags. Whenever I upload them, they come out as white boxes. I got it to work once, then tried to change my flag, and now its not working again.

Can you upload it to a different site for reference? Like Imageshack or Photobucket?

How would you upload from a website?

You can't do any linking. It has to be uploaded from your computer.

I keep trying to upload my flag, but it continues to tell me it is more than 10kb when it's less. I changed the size of the file through photoshop and saved it as a jpeg, but it still tells me the same thing. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

It may be possible that you need to clean your browser's cache.

That's one thing that helped me when I ran into a similar problem.

While it says 10Kb is the maximum file size, my flags usually must not be larger than 9.6Kb for a successful upload.
