Should Nation States have a dedicated tracker?

Postby Pandeeria » Mon Jul 01, 2013 12:36 pm

Should Max Barry or who ever codes for nation states make a dedicated "tracker"

I know we have Analyze, but the tracker will give information like your GDP, military, ethnicities in your nation, etc. what do you think? Should we have a dedicated tracker instead of some 3rd party one?

(I don't know exactly where this goes, so I supposed here)

In capitalism, you pretty much have a 50/50 chance of being rich or poor. In communism, it's 1/99. What makes people think they have the luck/skill to become the 1% if they can't even succeed in a 50/50 society???

Apache or navahoe??? ;)
Scottish not British.

for, as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Trackers only affect the RP Community, and even then, IIRC from lurking that forum, only a small portion of that community uses said tracker or their NS Game stats.

I say it would be pointless. Also, I think this would better be served in Technical.

Why? Trackers exist already. There is no good reason for the people who run NS to create a tracker, especially when they can spend their efforts on developing the website further.

All generalities have strong opinions on everything and they are all 100% correct 100% of the time. If you want the best opinion on a anything you must ask NSG, any other answers are invalid.

No. Far too much coding and work for the admins, and there's already enough trackers, for example:

NS Tracker
SEconomy
