Unlocked Religion but not Leader?

Recently, I refounded my nation, and was able to this morning unlock my religion, but have not yet recieved the issue to change my Leader. Do I have to wait for this issue to come up again, or will I be forever stuck with "Leader" as my leader?

I believe that this issue becomes part of the issue pool at 750mil unless you choose one of the options that makes it so you don't have a leader. It might appear soon as part of the pool.

If your page actually says "Leader" then doesn't that mean that you have unlocked it, and simply need to specify a name on your Settings page?

If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

No, "Leader" is the default value for that setting, and the value used until a nation has it both unlocked and changes it.

Never mind, I was corrected. Odd it would say "Leader is the self-declared God of all Baloria" on their nation page though...

And it actually appears on the nation page? I've just checked some of my own puppets that don't yet have leaders designated OOC, and don't see it on any of those...

Ah, okay. I was thinking in terms of the " ruled by [Whoever] with a fair hand" clause in a national description's first paragraph.
