It's not a perfect test, there isn't enough information to go on usually to tell if a nation is a legitimate new user or a puppet. It's much, much better than other recruiting scripts which send telegrams blindly.

It only does partially. There are a bunch of bugs. That's why I am fixing them. It works with the rest of the themes.

BUGFIX: Slider nation list for each region renders and operates correctly
BUGFIX: Fixed infinite scrolling for Antiquity Theme
BUGFIX: Fixed quoting messages for Antiquity Theme

It will, but real life moves slowly. I have a life, and there is work needed before other people can really use it. The good news is that I have Thurs/Friday off this week due to 4th of July holidays.

I used the suggestion page, but posting here for the heck of it.
"List a nations soft power distribution rating (SPDR, influence analysis score) next to their influence rank on the nation page.
Not sure if possible or feasible but it would save me some time because if I take the time to look to see if a nation is a minnow I usually also want to know the SPDR. If it isn't possible, making the "Regional Influence" words a hyperlink to the 65th analysis page would save almost as much time."
