Hello. While trying to switch nations, a screen said that I would be logged out for 45 minutes due to a high number of failed login amounts. However, I had not had a high amount of failed logins. Why did it appear?

My guess is someone else tried to login to Slembana.

You were probably using a shared IP, such as a mobile connection or a Kindle. All those get routed to common IP addresses, which means that other people's failures show up along with yours. Can't be helped, I'm afraid.

Umm.... I'm logging in right now and getting the same thing. I don't think NS is *that* popular at my school.

I don't think that anyone apart from me was using NS at the time.

Ah well, I'll just have to wait until the error is fixed.

I have the same problem, although I can't seem to log into *any* of my nations. This is a puppet I created as it's the only way I can log in and post here at this time. I'm at home, on my personal computer. I've cleared the cache, cookies, switched browser, all to no avail. It's given me a 45 minute resting time, so we'll see after that time period has lapsed.

Turns out it's probably related to the site outage problem from earlier. Admins are looking at the configuration now.

This does not seem fixed to me. If I try to log in to the game site from any of 3 seperate IPs I get a message telling me there were too many login attempts from that IP.

2 are from my home network where I am the only player, and the second is from my work via VPN where I am also the oonly person I know of that plays (40 odd employees so we are not talking a major corporation here).

The only way I managed to login was by going to the forum and logging in there.

I tried both from my home computer and my phone, and both will not let me switch nations. (With the 45 minute warning thing others have mentioned.)

I am currently watching the logs and everything looks healthy now.

Still having problems. I was logged off and could not post, so I created this nation to at least have access here.

Seems to be working again. At least for me.

I can only log in as cerberion army from my work VPN using firefox.

From my 2 home iPs and my work IP have failed. Thingss are definately off kilter.

I don't know if this is necessary or not, but I cannot log onto my main nation.

It gave the same excuse that there has been too many failed log in attempts, and I have been temporarily barred from logging into it for approximately 45 minutes.

And it stopped working for me again...

It worked suddenly when I tried to create a new nation... Strange...
