Bizarre 'WA' Telegram

I wasn't quite sure how to go about reporting this, but I figured technical was the place (if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me). One of my puppet nations - Galves, has a rather bizarre acceptance telegram, it wasn't addressed from the WA, but from the UN. That alone potentially could be quite normal, since it could just be an incredibly old telegram. But the telegram was addressed as being sent 15 days ago, which obviously, cannot technically be possible.

It's a telegram bug, I'm guessing. There have been some problems with system and WA telegrams, and [violet] has been poking around for a fix. I'm guessing that she pointed the code at the old UN telegram, at least for a little while. If anyone else posts a similar report, we can look into it further. Otherwise, I'm suspecting that it was an ephemeral thing.

I have it on the nation named strawberryshortcake too. 16 days ago the UN invited me to join ^_^
