and you can add issues that changes what the language sounds like
so if you do an "improve accents" issue it says "it sounds like an angel singing" instead of "it sounds like a pig being choked while being forcefed its own crap"

Basically, I think he's asking that multiple descriptors be added for a national language, and also the ability to add modifiers to issues that changes which "description" is displayed on your page. So you can create multiple descriptions for your national language, and then create issues with modifiers that changes which language description is used.

I think that's what he's saying.
