Regional happenings and WA voting

The regional Nederland Delegate voted on the prior Wa resolution, as his NATIONAL happenings state: "11 hours ago: Bradiak voted against the World Assembly Resolution "Repeal "Commend 10000 Islands""." (interesting how those quotes work, technically it's correct).

These type of votes used to be shown on the REGIONAL happenings as well. However, Bradiaks' vote isn't listed on the region Nederland regional happenings at all.

Was this dropped intentionally, or is this perhaps a bug?

I think it was done after a few of us complained about delegate approvals of proposals filling up the regional happenings.
