So I just created a new nation, as I haven't touched this game in several years and thought it would be awesome to revisit it after so long... mistook the "name" option for leader name option, and accidentally named my country after one of my usual gamertags.... Guessing there's no way to fix this, without starting a new nation?
This belongs in technical. But yes, you have to create a new nation. You can't change your nation name.
