I Had an issue about allowing or not death penalty and strangely the result was in banning extremists parties.

You chose option #2 for that issue, yes? It defines support for the death penalty as an extremist position, and then suggests that keeping the death penalty off of the political agenda might require banning extremist groups... The result that you got is the "correct" one for that choice.

A bit strange logic in my mind but if it is ok , it is ok.
But it would means that near whole usa are extremists
