That's actually very common, and nothing to be concerned about. Practically all ads use JavaScript to track clicks.

I got this as a pop up ad (and am getting it repeatedly). Specifically I'm getting it on the deck page for cards of my nation UnicornSanity.

Saw another ad for “Spicy Lingerie” ... um=display

EDIT: these ads are taking over the site. They make up half the ads I see.

Fake consumer rewards program.It took over and redirected my browser and posed as a message from my ISP.
