How do you Approve World Assembly proposals?

I'm going to sound like a newb asking this, but how do you approve proposals that are sent to the World Assembly? Is there some sort of button or do you telegram a specific person?

You need to be a WA Delegate to approve proposals. If you were a Delegate, you'd see a little button next to each WA proposal that would let you approve it.

Where is what? The "Approve Proposal" button?

You can't see it unless you're the WA Delegate of a region.

A) you need to both have at least one WA nation and the most WA nations in your region endorsing you.
