how do I go higher then 5 million citizens?
If I can go higher, that would be sweet, my 300k ARMY will be bigger, and more divisions.

You wait. Your population increases daily at a fixed rate. You can't see them, they just exist as a number. Read the FAQ, for God's sake.

Also, you're gravedigging. Don't do that.

You will never be able to see your citizens. This is a text-based game. The written number will continue to steadily grow.

I suggest you do as the previous respondent suggested and read the FAQ.
