Well, the title pretty much sums it up. I've recently returned to the Diplomacy forums after spending a few months sparring with General's resident conservatives, and I can't find a nice open RP. Most of them on the first few pages are usually either closed or set up for RP organisations like the CoPS or the UEF. For people who aren't involved in those orgnisations or part of the closed RPs, these topics are essentially spam filling up the topics list, and the farther back we delve, the more we run the risk of being judged gravediggers.
Would it be practical to make a new forum for closed RPs? If so, would the almighty being who presides over NS be willing to look into this possibility?
