Pull a Google and do cell phone-based authentication.

Or, use the same tactics that the Mods currently use to check the IP of a nation. During each trade, monitor the IP of each trader and cross-reference them. If they are the same, then boom: banned.

It's not nearly that simple. There are hundreds of users who all log in from the same IP, and there are some users who log in from dozens of different IPs.

And there are hundreds of users who get booted from the WA because their brother or sister uses the same computer.

I'm going to fully overview Thursday and see if I can come up with solutions as I would love to see it implemented.
