Minor note on C&C

[Note: I am not posting round Ardchoille's lock, this is not a discussion of the merits of the new category.]

When a region is nominated for a C&C proposal, the following text appears in its regional happening:

REGIONNAMEhas been nominated...

It would appear there needs to be a space added before 'has', such that it reads:

REGIONNAME has been nominated...

It appears to work ok for nations.

Oops, no. It's also the same for nations: 'NATIONNAMEwas nominated' instead of 'NATIONNAME was nominated'.

I have checked around the regions and nations nominated and yes there is some spacing issue for both sides. You're all correct.
