Depends what it's for. If you're talking about maps of yer pretend countries etc., Factbooks, I think. Use [img] tags if you don't know about all that stuff (presume you might, but).

You put in an image thingy (the "Img" button) and put the URL between the tags.

I still can't get a map posted on my factbook. There's no IMG tags, nothing to click on or to add on. Every time I try to type in an [IMG] before the code from the picture hosting site, it posts the code, not the link or the picture itself. Dozens of other regions have this function, yet there's no way to post on my region...kind of bass ackwards.
