How Do You Customize You Nation's Classification?

I want to know how to customize my nation's classification so it's not something like: Republic, Kingdom, Dictatorship, Free Land, Etc.

So how do you change it?

You need to reach a population of 500 million (which happens about three months after the founding of the nation).
