Yeah, I noticed that one when I came back from vacation -- I had thought they must of had a celebration thread somewhere for it.

I keep gasping when I hit the 'add endorsement' button, only because I tend to get punchy very late at night, lol. But yes, it is quite convenient!

Where is this? I'm in the RC of a region but nothing looks new...

On a nation's page, just under it's "Add X to Dossier" button.

It must not work if I'm not in the region anymore. I can access regional controls but I don't have this fun button. Is that intended?

Oh well, I don't think many people who keep their nations in a different region will be banning that many people.

Yup, that was my experience. I only found the new buttons AFTER I moved back to my region.

Yeah, I was being lazy. I figured it was good enough, but I guess not. It should now be fixed.
