Why do we ever need this? This is what we have the forums for.

I agree, this can be done on the forums.

Anyways, I think this thread is better off in Gameplay. Technical is more for code-related aspects of gameplay (i.e. raiding/defending)

No it's not needed, more than anything I just think it would be fun to play these through the telegrams. Although, it could provide a system for resolving a conflict if a set in stone system were ever desired. Also, if you read the article I don't think it should be used instead of the forums. Any conflict where something is going to be gained or lost should be played out on the forums.
