Thank you. Slightly to my surprise the name was still available when I got back online, about 13-14 hours after its release, despite being the title of the county's traditional anthem...

I have been waiting for it ever since I entered NS, waaay back in 2003.

Naah, I'm guessing it was taken by someone who stumbled upon NS and didn't end up playing for long. It would be kind of weird that someone took the name of an Argentinian city on purpose just to have it around.
