Yep, it seems nobody wants them. I got Hampshire and Dorset, both of which were just lying around. But those are the only two names I like, so I didn't touch the others.

Now, from what I've seen, the second list there is the original 'Death', who would have been founded in antiquity, and would have been let off under the NNRP. However, how did the second nation refound it in 2005? Surely this was before the NNRP, and so impossible due to the restrictions being lifted currently.

Secondly, under current rules, nations that have been used for just over a month are banned from the program due to size, so I think that restriction can, eventually, come right up.

You can call your nation whatever you like, but it doesn't make it true. The WA categorizes nations based on their laws, not their names. Changing your name from "Dictatorship" to "Republic" (or anything else) has cosmetic value only.
