Is it possible to declare war and fight? or is war another one of those made up things

It's all RPed. If you want to RP war, I suggest not declaring war randomly and instead waiting until you have a real reason. You can also see if you can jump in on other wars.

RP means role playing. It si when you impersonate presidents.people,the army and fights.

So, as I said, its all acted out in our little imaginary head?

You basically write whats in your mind and what you want people and your men to do. Then you type it on here and send. Others will make responses to that thus making war.

Im really starting to doubt this... we need a war module like eRepublik...

No, we don't. Writing it all out is much better.

RP means role playing, or roleplay. If you look at the 4 forums below this one, especially Nationstates and International Incidents, you will see many examples (some good, many bad, unfortunately). Basically, you play as your nation or as a person or people from your nation. RPs are like cooperative stories, where you have multiple people writing something.

Well I personally dont prefer this, I definatley prefer the fights in eRepublik and even SimCountry >.<

Look what happened to NationStates 2 with a war system.

OOC: Reason I came here was to escape the incredibly lopsided and unrealistc warfare of those other games. Wars declared between nations for no reason except for the sake of waging war is simply ridicious. Now, you're entitled to your opinion, and I'm not denying that. Just though I'd get my two cents out there. Now, to help!

I'd listen to Santheres. He's a very experienced RPer, and he can explain the more indepth idealisms of Roleplaying better than I can. Basically, with RP, you take over the everyday actions of your country and people within it. All conflict is worked out like a giant story, with each player building upon the actions of those previously. Whereas builtin war simulators detract and limit what you can do, RP allows you to react creatively and intelligently. You don't have to like reading or writing to RP. It'll make you better as you go along.

Yes, war in NS is entirely imaginary, and generally (although not universally) agreed upon by all parties (including the ultimate outcome, within broad limits - or so it is with the best wars). It's not about winning, it's about storytelling more than anything else.

If you want wars that are run mathematically and games in which there are definite winners and losers, there are lots of those out there on the internet. Unfortunately, almost all of them reek, partly because you have to put up with having your nation terrorized by adolescents.

There are several regions that new nations automatically go to. If you scroll down midway you will see things like ''RANDOM NATION WAS FOUNDED''

NO!!!!! I mean, how do I see who just registered on the game????? Not regions, how do I see the new people that just joined the game???
