How to hyperlink to posts within the thread?

In my Cree thread, I have an index of lessons I want to hyperlink to the various single posts containing that particular lesson...but I'm not sure how. Help a poor luddite, puleeeeezzz!

See the little page icon next to the name of the poster on top? Click it, copy the address in the address bar, and you're all set.
