MySQL error

Just got this while navigating the forums, not even trying to post.

These errors are common. It just means that too many connections are trying to be made to the MySQL database. It's either a problem with the server/DB configuration, or a problem with how PHPBB3 opens and closes connections. (We'll never really know; they deny any faulty code, but hosting providers deny any faulty configs.)

Anyways. If you ever encounter these errors, just refresh the page a couple times.

I'd appreciate it if people let me know when they see those. I've never seen it myself, and would like to know how frequent they are.

I've encountered this before. I think it was reported in another thread and I got a screenie.
If I find the thread/ encounter the error I'll be sure to show.
