Just a quickie about WA proposals

Hi, I just started on Nation States yesterday, and was just accepted into the WA this morning. As I was reading the rules on proposals, I noticed that you are supposed to place 1, and only 1 name of someone who endorsed your proposal. I then went and noticed the rule on the WA section of the game that says proposals are to have two endorsers.

So I guess I was wondering why you're supposed to include only 1 name, no less and no more, for your proposal, instead of exactly two names?

(Sorry if I didn't post this in the proper section. This is the section I thought would be most appropriate for such a question, up in the air for anyone to answer.)

Anyway, thanks!

This should be in Technical. I, for one, have no insights into how the WA works.

Ah, hopefully some moderator notices this post and moves it there then lol. It's not terribly important, just something I noticed and wondered about.

Actually this should be in one of the WA forums. As for an answer...

You have to have two nations endorsing you personally in order to gain the ability to submit a proposal.

If, per chance, someone helps you write that proposal, you are allowed to list them in that proposal as a co-author. You are not allowed to list more than that.

Once your proposal has been, well, proposed, it must maintain a quorum of endorsements (6% of WA Regional Delegates, or 50 Delegates) to go to vote before the entire World Assembly.

This does belong in Technical... However, to answer your question... In order to submit a proposal, you have to have two endorsements... IOW... In order to actually submit it, you need to be endorsed by at least two other WA members in your region. (This is not endorsement of the proposal, this is endorsement between nations in general...)

OH! Right! Thanks for clearing that up!
